Expert in knee arthroscopy, shoulder Arthroscopy, sport surgery, regenerative orthopedics with stem cells, growing factors and hyaluronic acid just to mention a few ones.
She studied as physician specialist in orthopedics and traumatology of Universidad El Bosque where she graduated with CUM LAUDE honors. She executed a master in knee advanced surgery in Universidad Francisco de Vitoria in Madrid, Spain and complemented her education with studies in sport surgery and sport medicine in Cleveland Clinic and North Shore Hospital in New York.
She is member of important medical associations such as International Society of Arthroscopy Knee Surgery and Orthopedic Sports Medicine (ISAKOS), Sociedad Latinoamericana de Artroscopia, Rodilla y Deporte (SLARD), Interventional Orthobiologics Foundation (IOF), Asociación Colombiana de Cirugía Artroscópica, Sociedad Colombiana de Cirugía Ortopédica y Traumatología (SCCOT) y Reconstrucción Articular (ACCART)
